Tap or click the icon on the main card screen. On iOS, tap the iCloud toggle to enable or disable iCloud. On Mac, click the iCloud tab in the Doo Preferences window. Click the iCloud toggle to enable or disable iCloud.

  • How can I force iCloud to sync?

You can force syncing with iCloud by showing and hiding the Control Center on iOS. You can also force a sync by re-opening the application from the home screen.

You can force an iCloud sync on Mac by clicking your desktop and then clicking inside the application window.

  • Why do I see the ‘iCloud Unavailable’ message?

Doo is transparent about reporting errors, even ones that don’t affect syncing. Most issues are harmless and resolve themselves automatically.

We take syncing issues seriously. If iCloud appears broken or inconsistent, please contact us for troubleshooting help. Be sure to include any error messages and possible ways to reproduce the issue.

  • What happens if I clear the iCloud cache?

Doo uses a special iCloud feature to sync only the changes that have occurred since the last sync. The syncing mechanism stores a handful of references to remember when the last changes occurred. Resetting the iCloud cache deletes these references and will tell iCloud to sync all data during the next request. Use this feature to troubleshoot syncing issues.
